1. Introduction & Overview

Janeys Move Travel Agency ("Janeys Move", "we", "us", or "our") is a registered travel operator in Nigeria (RC #1948201) dedicated to crafting premium travel experiences, bespoke tour packages, flight ticketing, hotel reservations, and visa consultation services for travelers worldwide.

By accessing our website, booking our curated tour packages, or engaging our advisory services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Full Payment Terms

To secure your reservation for our signature Qatar package or other curated journeys:

• Full upfront payment of 100% of the total package value is required at the time of reservation to immediately secure airline seat reservations, 5-star hotel suite allocations, and initiate visa filing.
• Once payment is confirmed, electronic receipts and confirmation vouchers are automatically issued.
• Travel documents, Qatar tourist visas, and flight e-tickets are issued directly to the client well in advance of departure.

3. Visa Assessment & Processing

Janeys Move provides comprehensive visa pre-assessment, document validation, and submission support. However, official entry visas and travel permits are issued solely at the discretion of the respective sovereign embassies, immigration authorities, or consular offices. We cannot guarantee visa issuance, although our rigorous pre-check process maximizes accuracy and compliance.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

In the event of cancellation by the traveler:

• Cancellations requested more than 30 days prior to departure are subject to third-party vendor terms (airline fare rules and hotel cancellation policies).
• Cancellations within 14 days of departure may incur up to 100% cancellation charges by airlines and accommodation partners.
• Official government visa application fees are strictly non-refundable once submitted to immigration authorities.

5. Traveler Responsibility & Health Insurance

Travelers must ensure their passports have a minimum validity of six (6) months from the planned return date and possess all requisite health, vaccination, and entry documentation. Comprehensive medical and travel insurance is recommended and included where explicitly stated in our luxury package offerings.
